Description

Deze opdracht betreft het leveren, plaatsen en in dienst stellen van een combinatie van metalen en HPL smart lockers die centraal aangestuurd worden middels software voor de campussen Lokeren en Beveren. De lockers moeten in verschillende groottes aangeboden worden afhankelijk van de toepassing waarbij zowel individueel als flexibel gebruik mogelijk gemaakt kan worden afhankelijk van locatie en gebruik; De bediening en toe-eigening van de lockers zal voor de medewerkers en artsen gebeuren aan de hand van de toegangsbadge van het ziekenhuis en voor de patiënt/bezoeker aan de hand van een QR- en/of barcode, beiden op een aanmeldscherm waarop vervolgens een locker naar keuze ingenomen kan worden. Via de centrale software kunnen beheerders vanop afstand het gebruik monitoren en beheren. Om de grootteorde van deze opdracht te kunnen inschatten, geeft de aanbesteder hieronder een prognose van de aantallen Smart Lockers: Campus Lokeren (Lepelstraat 2, 9160 Lokeren): Een totaal van ± 620 lockers, gaande van vestiaire-lockers tot kleine lockers voor het opbergen van waardevolle spullen met een 12-tal aanmeldconsoles. Campus Beveren (Oude Zandstraat 99, 9120 Beveren): Een totaal van ± 470 lockers, waarvan iets minder dan de helft vestiaire-lockers zijn en de andere helft kleine lockers voor het opbergen van waardevolle spullen met een 5-tal aanmeldconsoles.
