De onderhavige opdracht van leveringen betreft de levering van dooizouten bestemd voor de winterdienst op het fiets-, wegen- en snelwegennet van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest voor het Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel, het Maatschappij voor het Intercommunaal Vervoer te Brussel (MIVB) en de gemeenten van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Door bestelling bedoelt het bestek de gedeeltelijke bestelling geplaatst bij de opdrachtnemer door de aanbestedende overheid. Deze bestelling dient minimum, in bulk, 15 ton of een meervoud van 15 te bedragen, voor de leveringen in zakken, 1 palet bestaande uit ongeveer 49 zakken van 25 kg of een meervoud van een dergelijke palet, en voor de leveringen in big bags, 1 big bag van 1 ton. Alle bestellingen geplaatst gedurende de geldigheidstermijn van deze opdracht worden in rekening gebracht. Door levering wordt bedoeld elke vracht van een wagen, een vrachtwagen of een boot. Verschillende leveringswijzen worden voorzien. De onderhavige opdracht bestaat uit 4 (vier) percelen en heeft als voorwerp: Perceel 1: levering van geraffineerde natriumchloride. Perceel 2: levering van natriumchloride met gespreide granulometrie. Perceel 3: levering van calciumchloride (77%) en van pekel met een gehalte van 33% in calciumchloride. Perceel 4: levering van oplossing met een gehalte van 50% in kaliumacetaat.
