Description

De overheidsopdracht betreft de levering, installatie en onderhoud van drie LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry) toestellen en toebehoren (vb. stikstofgenerator,...) voor de dienst klinische biologie. Deze gevoelige en specifieke instrumenten zijn essentieel voor de routine-analyses van kleinere moleculen. Deze technologieën worden gebruikt voor de analyse van zowel endogene metabolieten als xenobiotica op zeer lage concentraties. De opdracht omvat de vervanging van twee verouderde routinetoestellen die meer dan 15 jaar oud zijn, evenals een high-end toestel. De toestellen worden dagelijks gebruikt voor de analyse van onder andere immuunsuppressiva, azolantimycotica, en endogene moleculen zoals vrij cortisol en catecholamines. Het laboratorium voert ook tests uit voor zeldzame ziekten, zoals de test voor pyridoxine-afhankelijke epilepsie, en ondersteunt neonatale screeningprogramma's. Het doel is de continuïteit van deze diagnostische activiteiten te waarborgen en uit te breiden met nieuwe biomerkers, waaronder biomarkers voor lysosomale stapelingsziekten en een steroïdenprofiel voor endocrinologische vraagstukken. Naast de LC-MS toestellen is ook een extra stikstofgenerator nodig, die essentieel is voor het ionisatieproces van de moleculen. Potentiële leveranciers worden uitgenodigd om in te schrijven op deze overheidsopdracht voor het leveren van twee routinetoestellen, één high-end toestel, en een bijkomende stikstofgenerator, om de huidige capaciteiten en het wetenschappelijke profiel van het laboratorium verder te versterken. De leveranciers worden verwacht een totaaloplossing te bieden voor het volledige traject, van levering van de toestellen tot en met de installatie, indienststelling en training. Dit omvat ook de voorbereiding van de installatieruimte en de aansluiting van noodzakelijke technische voorzieningen, zoals stikstof, perslucht, elektronica, enz. Om een efficiënte en naadloze implementatie van de LC-MS chromatografietoestellen te waarborgen, zal een plaatsbezoek worden georganiseerd voor alle geselecteerde kandidaten. Tijdens dit plaatsbezoek kunnen de inschrijvers een voorstudie uitvoeren om de praktische aspecten van de installatie te evalueren.
