Toestel: De opdracht betreft de aankoop, installatie, indienststelling en klinische ingebruikname van een hoogperformant photon-counting CT-systeem voor de dienst Medische Beeldvorming, met inbegrip van alle noodzakelijke hardware, software, licenties, reconstructiecapaciteit, toebehoren, koppelingen, opleiding en documentatie om het toestel als klinisch werkend geheel te gebruiken. Het toestel is bedoeld voor routine en complexe diagnostische CT-beeldvorming, met bijzondere nadruk op hoge spatiale en temporele resolutie, intrinsieke en klinisch bruikbare spectrale informatie, performante cardiale beeldvorming, coronaire CT-angiografie, beoordeling van coronaircalcificaties en coronaire stents, en voldoende klinische workflow/throughput. Essentiele functionaliteiten die nodig zijn voor het beoogde klinische gebruik mogen niet als vrijblijvende of later apart aan te kopen opties buiten de basisofferte worden aangeboden. Alle noodzakelijke software, licenties, reconstructies, applicaties en toebehoren voor cardiale, spectrale en UHR-toepassingen moeten in de basislevering zitten, alsook gebruikersopleidingen en technische opleidingen. Werken: In dit project worden ook de toestel eigen werken uitgevoerd voor de leverancier. Dit omvat: werfvoorbereiding en werfopvolging, demonteren en verschrotten van de huidige Flash CT (incl kraan), elektriciteitswerken noodzakelijk om het toestel te laten draaien, vloer - en plafondwerken, , installatie van de server ruimte, koeling, ijswater, alle noodzakelijke leidingen, bekabeling, alarmen en alle noodzakelijke keuringen en attesten voor het indienstellen van het nieuwe toestel. Niet is scoop van deze opdracht is het toevoegen van loodafscherming in de ruimte. Het nieuwe toestel zal geplaatst worden op Campus Moorselbaan, op de dienst medische beeldvorming, ter vervanging van het huidige CT scanner Flash. De Flash CT mag verschrot worden. De leverancier staat in voor het weghalen en verschotten van de oude CT, inclusief attest. Alle verplichte keuringen en attesten dienen inbegrepen te zijn in de aanneming. De inschrijver neemt kennis van de bijlage M: Algemeen veiligheids-en gezondheidsplan AZORG en bevestigd zich hieraan te houden door deze ondertekend terug te bezorgen. De aannemer treft alle nodige maatregelen om schade aan bestaande infrastructuur te vermijden en sluit stofhinder binnen het gebouw volledig uit. Tijdens de werken worden bestaande, geleverde en geïnstalleerde materialen beschermd tegen beschadiging, weersinvloeden en diefstal. Het in gebruik nemen van gebouwen of delen ervan houdt geen oplevering van de werken in. Levering, plaatsing, aansluiting, indienststelling en testing van alle onderdelen van de installatie zijn steeds inbegrepen.
