Toelichting: !Mpuls Menen-Wervik BV is een erkende Woonmaatschappij, werkzaam in Menen en Wervik. De hoofdactiviteit is de verhuur, de aankoop, de verkoop, de bouw en het verbouwen van sociale woningen. Het personeelsbestand omvat op heden 35 personeelsleden waaronder 34 bedienden en 1 arbeider. Ons Parititair Comité is 339. Wij zijn op zoek naar een partner die vanuit zijn/haar specifieke expertise in personeels- en loonadministratie, sociaal-juridische wetgeving kan assisteren alsook de nodige geïntegreerde software daarbij kan aanbieden. De opdrachtnemer wordt geacht de diensten/leveringen/werken uit te voeren overeenkomstig de noden van de aanbestedende overheid, zoals verder omschreven in dit bestek. Specificaties: • Protime is onze huidige T&A tool en de data moet vanuit Protime automatisch kunnen worden ingelezen in de loonsoftware • Er moet een mogelijkheid zijn om een software-pakket aan te bieden gelinkt voor het gebruik van een cafetariaplan. De inschrijver voegt, indien vereist, een projectplan of uitvoeringsplan toe met een timing waarin rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en mijlpalen duidelijk worden beschreven. De offerte bevat een duidelijk overzicht van de aangeboden oplossing, functionaliteiten, uitvoeringsmodaliteiten en kosten. Indien voorzien, kan de aanbestedende overheid een presentatie, demo of toelichting vragen; de praktische modaliteiten worden in de opdrachtdocumenten opgenomen.
