Description

Deze opdracht omvat in hoofdzaak de vernieuwing van dwarsliggers en ballast op L50A Y-Assels - Y-Bellem met spoorvernieuwingtrein. De dwarsligger- en ballastvernieuwing omvat ongeveer 21 km spoor. Eveneens bevat de opdracht uitbreken van wissels en bijhorend het vernieuwen van de bedding in de huidige wisselzone Landegem. Op grote delen is ook de aanleg van voetpaden en kabelsleuven, inclusief ruwbouwmatige seininrichtingswerken (opbraak keten, seinen, …) voorzien. De werken worden uitgevoerd met een langdurige buitendienststelling van de middensporen L50A en beperkte buitendienststellingen van de buitensporen L50D. De werkzaamheden zijn verplicht uit te voeren met één of meerdere spoorvernieuwingstreinen met gekwalificeerd personeel. In deze opdracht moeten de inschrijvers hun CO²-ambitieniveau op basis van een CO²-prestatieladder opgeven waardoor ze beloond kunnen worden voor hun inspanningen om de CO²- uitstoot te verminderen doordat ze een voordeel bij de rangschikking van de offertes bekomen.
