LEVERING VAN SYSTEMEN VOOR VLOEISTOFCHROMATOGRAFIE-MASSASPECTROMETRIE EN VLOEFSTOFCHROMATOGRAFIE FLUORESCENTIEDETECTIE Dit perceel omvat de aankoop met levering, installatie en omnium onderhoud (= preventief en correctief) van een LC-MS/MS systeem inclusief software bestemd voor kwantitatieve bepaling, in het kader van de klinische diagnostiek, van metabole afwijkingen in het menselijk lichaam, waaronder doch niet beperkt tot acylcarnitines, creatinine, aminozuren, homocysteïne, methylcitraat, methylmalonzuur, oxalaat, citraat en galactosemie, in lichaamsvloeistoffen zoals plasma, volbloed, Guthrie-kaarten, urine en cerebrospinaal vocht (CSV). De systemen dienen gekoppeld te kunnen worden aan het laboratorium informatie systeem (LIS) van de Opdrachtgever met minstens het importeren van werklijsten en exporteren van resultaten van en naar het LIS. Verder dienen de systemen te voldoen aan de vereisten van robuustheid, gevoeligheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid voor de beschreven kwantitatieve bepalingen, en geschikt te zijn voor routinematig dagelijks gebruik binnen de medische diagnostiek. De opdrachtnemer dient tevens te voorzien in tijdige, continue en adequate service en ondersteuning, teneinde de operationele beschikbaarheid van de toestellen te allen tijde te waarborgen.; Dit perceel omvat de aankoop met levering, installatie en omnium onderhoud (= preventief en correctief) van een LC-fluorescentiedetector inclusief software voor de bepaling van porfyrines en hun intermediairen, alsmede vitamine B1 en vitamine B6. De systemen dienen gekoppeld te kunnen worden aan het laboratorium informatie systeem (LIS) van de Opdrachtgever met minstens het importeren van werklijsten en exporteren van resultaten van en naar het LIS. Verder dienen de systemen te voldoen aan de vereisten van robuustheid, gevoeligheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid voor de beschreven bepalingen, en geschikt te zijn voor routinematig dagelijks gebruik binnen de medische diagnostiek. De opdrachtnemer dient tevens te voorzien in tijdige, continue en adequate service en ondersteuning, teneinde de operationele beschikbaarheid van de toestellen te allen tijde te waarborgen.
