Description

Voorwerp van deze opdracht: aankoop lichte vrachtwagen met laadbrug Met het oog op het efficiënt en veilig transporteren van materiaal en materieel tussen de verschillende posten en interventieplaatsen binnen de Hulpverleningszone Taxandria, wordt voorzien in de aankoop van een lichte vrachtwagen uitgerust met een laadbrug. De inzet van dit voertuig is noodzakelijk om op regelmatige basis diverse logistieke verplaatsingen te kunnen uitvoeren. Het betreft onder andere het vervoer van interventiemateriaal, oefenmateriaal, beschermingskledij en technische uitrusting. De laadbrug is vereist om een ergonomisch en veilig laad- en losproces te garanderen, in het bijzonder bij zwaardere of vervuilde goederen. Gezien het veelzijdig gebruik van het voertuig, wordt gekozen voor een lichte vrachtwagen met een degelijke laadcapaciteit, die vlot inzetbaar is op het volledige grondgebied van de zone. Concreet betreft het volgende taken (niet limitatief): - Transport van ademluchttoestellen (zowel vervuild als gereinigd); - Vervoer van brandslangen (propere en gebruikte); - Afvoer van vervuilde interventiematerialen (vereisen decontaminatie), waaronder naast gebruikte slangen en ademluchttoestellen, ook verontreinigde interventiekledij; - Bevoorrading van interventieploegen op het terrein (o.a. propere slangen); - Aanvulling materiaal autopomp (kar is voorzien); - Algemene logistieke ondersteuning van de hulpverleningszone, met inbegrip van transportopdrachten tussen posten en naar externe partners, zo nodig;
