De opdracht is een opdracht in het kader van Plexus samenaankoop, waarbij de aanbestedende overheid (AO) ook optreedt in naam van andere deelnemende ziekenhuizen (zie I.2 Identiteit van de opdrachtgever). De raming van de behoefte is de raming voor alle deelnemende ziekenhuizen. Deze raming houdt echter geen verbintenis in voor de af te nemen hoeveelheid. Dit perceel omvat hydrofobe acrylaat intra-oculaire lenzen.; Dit perceel omvat hydrofiele acrylaat intra-oculaire lenzen.; Dit perceel omvat oftalmologische visco-elastische producten (OVD’s) die worden gebruikt tijdens intra-oculaire heelkundige ingrepen.
