Het doel van deze RfP is: a) het inkopen via openbare aanbesteding 2 IT-diensten: Hosting en applicatieonderhoud voor zowel MEC IT Tool als CPR volgens het ENTSO-E Procurement Policy and Procedures. b) het ondertekenen van een langetermijn-standalone Service Contract Agreements (SLA) of Master Framework Agreement (MFA) met leverancier(s) om hostingclusters en applicatieonderhoud te ontwikkelen en te onderhouden voor zowel MEC IT Tool als CPR. Hosting van het samengevoegde CPR/MEC-infrastructuurcluster. De scope omvat het hostingmodel (dedicated IaaS / private cloud / hybride), gescheiden productie- en acceptatieomgevingen, de virtualisatie- en orkestratiestack (VM, container, Kubernetes), en back-up en disaster recovery met geteste RTO/RPO-doelstellingen.; Onderhoud van de CPR-applicatie plus de omgevings-/infrastructuurlaag van de MEC IT Tool. De scope omvat ondersteuning op de eerste en tweede en derde lijn, ontwikkeling en releasebeheer, en het opereren binnen een multi-vendor omgeving met gedocumenteerd incidentmanagement tussen leveranciers en gezamenlijke root-cause analyse.
