Belgium - Installation works in construction - Fit-out of a hydrogen laboratory - Negotiated procedure with prior publication

A Belgian contracting authority is procuring works and supplies to fit out a hydrogen laboratory, divided into four lots. Lot 1 covers the supply of a skid that dries and compresses hydrogen gas from an inlet pressure of 0.3 to 0.5 barg to 30 barg. Lot 2 covers supplying, installing and commissioning a hydrogen installation on site. Lot 3 covers installing pipework and instrumentation for hydrogen consumers, from a pressure regulator with 8 bar output to four consumers. Lot 4 covers supplying, installing and configuring a control and safety system integrating the other lots. The procedure is a competitive procedure with negotiation.
