Description

Dit raamcontract betreft het preventief en correctief onderhoud van ventilatiesystemen, dampkappen en rook en warmte afvoersystemen (RWA). Het contract heeft tot doel de optimale werking, energie-efficiëntie, hygiëne en levensduur van de installaties te waarborgen en te garanderen dat deze voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Het onderhoud omvat periodieke controles, reiniging, afstelling, herstellingen en eventuele vervanging van slijtage-onderdelen, conform de specificaties van de fabrikant en de wettelijke voorschriften. Het contract is van toepassing op zowel preventief onderhoud (geplande werkzaamheden) als correctief onderhoud (onvoorziene herstellingen bij defecten of storingen).
