Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contracting authority, FM, is procuring the supply and commissioning of "Heavy Load" Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), together with training for staff. FM is developing an advanced co-creation laboratory for the Flemish manufacturing industry at its site in Kortrijk. The laboratory focuses on integrating Industry 4.0 technologies such as Extended Reality (XR), smart robotics, computer vision, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and data analytics, and serves as an experimental platform to test and demonstrate innovative, flexible assembly processes. The AMRs must be able to move large products, up to 3x3x2 metres and up to 6000 kg, flexibly and autonomously within this assembly environment.
