Description

Het doel van de overeenkomst is de levering van intraveneuze plasmaderivaten (het gedeelte dat niet valt onder de nationale overheidsopdracht met ref. FODVVVL/PLASMADERIVATEN/2025/001), protrombinecomplexconcentraat en fibrinogeen, op afroep, gedurende de looptijd beschreven in het bestek. De leveringen gebeuren per campus op de afgesproken plaats. Leveringsplaats AZ Sint-Maria Halle: - AZ Sint-Maria Halle vzw: Ziekenhuislaan 100 te 1500 Halle Magazijn open van 08.30u tot 16.00u Leveringsplaats Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel: - UZ Brussel, Laarbeeklaan 101 te 1090 Brussel Magazijn open van 06.00u tot 15.00u Leveringsplaatsen AZORG vzw: - Campus Moorselbaan: Dienst Apotheek, Moorselbaan 164 te 9300 Aalst - Campus Geraardsbergen: Dienst Apotheek, Gasthuisstraat 4 te 9500 Geraardsbergen - Campus Merestraat: Dienst Apotheek, Merestraat 80 te 9300 Aalst - Campus Asse: Dienst Apotheek, Bloklaan 5 te 1730 Asse Leveringen mogelijk van maandag tot vrijdag van 08.00u tot 16.00u Leveringsplaats Revalidatieziekenhuis Inkendaal Koninklijke Instelling vzw: - Revalidatieziekenhuis Inkendaal, Inkendaalstraat 1, 1602 Vlezenbeek Magazijn open van 08.30u tot 16.00u De deelname aan deze overheidsopdracht zal voor UZ Brussel en AZORG starten na afloop van het lopende contract op 30/09/2026. De vermoedelijke hoeveelheden werden pro rata deze startdatum berekend. Extra bepaling m.b.t. beperking in gunning voor perceel 1 en perceel 2: inschrijvers mogen een offerte indienen voor beide percelen. Niettegenstaande het Ondernemers kunnen zowel intekenen voor beide percelen, maar ze kunnen niet de winnaar zijn van beide percelen. Met deze bepaling is het de bedoeling van de aanbestedende overheid om met producten van 2 firma's te werken om optimaal tegemoet te komen aan de specifieke noden van patiënten, evenals om de zekerheid van bevoorrading en de keuzevrijheid van de artsen te maximaliseren. Deze bepaling is niet van toepassing op perceel 3, 4 en 5.
