De aanbesteder wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor het leveren, plaatsen, in en uit dienst nemen van stroomaggregaten vanaf 100 kVA t.e.m. 630 kVA zowel voor geplande werken, als bij defecten aan het distributienet. Voor de ad-hoc defecten dient een 24u/24u wachtdienst te worden voorzien waarbij de opdrachtnemer een maximale interventietijd, bepaald in het bestek, dient te garanderen. De opdrachtdocumenten zullen de nodige herzieningsclausules bevatten om technische alternatieven (bijv. batterij-packs), in het kader van de elektrificatie of CO2-reductie, af te roepen op de raamovereenkomst. Er zal in dit dossier gekozen worden voor Dual sourcing Perceelnummer Perceelomschrijving Sourcingtype 1 Regio’s Antwerpen, Kempen en Mechelen Dual sourcing 2 Regio’s Hageland-Dijle, Limburg Noord en -Zuid Dual sourcing 3 Regio’s Schelde-Waas en Zenne-Dender Dual sourcing 4 Regio’s Schelde-Lieve en Leie-Schelde Dual sourcing 5 Regio’s Brugge-Middenkust en IJzer-Mandel Dual sourcing De opdracht zal in de markt geplaatst worden als een dossier in de speciale sectoren met toepassing van de wettelijke bepalingen vervat in de Wet inzake Overheidsopdrachten. Het type dossier is bepaald als een dossier van leveringen. De opdracht zal toegewezen worden conform de Onderhandelingsprocedure met voorafgaande oproep tot mededinging. De aanbesteder wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor “huren van stroomaggregaten”, voor de regio: OOST 1: Regio’s Antwerpen, Kempen en Mechelen (perceel 1); De aanbesteder wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor “huren van stroomaggregaten”, voor de regio: OOST 2: Hageland-Dijle, Limburg Noord en -Zuid (perceel 2); De aanbesteder wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor “huren van stroomaggregaten”, voor de regio: CENTRUM: Schelde-Waas en Zenne-Dender (perceel 3); De aanbesteder wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor “huren van stroomaggregaten”, voor de regio: WEST 1: Schelde-Lieve en Leie-Schelde (perceel 4); De aanbesteder wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor “huren van stroomaggregaten”, voor de regio: WEST 2: Brugge-Middenkust en IJzer-Mandel (perceel 5)
