Description

Voorwerp van deze overheidsopdracht voor diensten: Hernieuwen en afsluiten van de raamovereenkomst verzekeringen van gemeente, OCMW en AGB Begijnendijk. De huidige verzekeringscontracten komen 31/12/2026 ten einde. De gemeente Begijnendijk wenst voor zichzelf, het OCMW en het AGB een raamovereenkomst voor verzekeringspolissen af te sluiten met aanvang 01/01/2027. Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten in de zin van artikel 2, 21° van de wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. CPV-classificatie: 66000000-0 (Financiële en verzekeringsdiensten) Het betreft de verzekeringscontracten; arbeidsongevallen, aansprakelijkheid - lichamelijke ongevallen - gecombineerde polissen, patrimonium en voertuigen. Waarborgen wet ’67 voor werklieden, bedienden, paramedisch of verplegend personeel, vrijwilligers en anderen. Wet ’71 wanneer van toepassing. In deze waarborgen zit de persoonlijke ongevallen van bestuursleden, mandatarissen, raadsleden en de leden van adviesraden vervat.; Betreft burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid incl. rechtsbijstand, objectieve aansprakelijkheid, burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid van mandataris, bestuursleden en raadsleden. Bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid en de schoolpolis. Aansprakelijkheid en ongevallen voor organisatie diverse activiteiten. Contractuele aansprakelijkheid ingebruikname van gebouwen.; Alle brandpolissen diverse locaties en alle risicoverzekeringen (elektronica en eventuele diverse categorieën zoals ANPR-camera’s en drones). Allrisk dekking kunstvoorwerpen, tentoonstellingen en een waardenverzekering worden ook voorzien.; Betreft wagenpark/vloot en omnium dienstopdrachten.
