Description

Nieuwe verzekeringspolissen voor de deelnemende lokale politiezones. De deelnemende lokale politiezones hebben in 2021 succesvol deelgenomen aan een overheidsopdracht voor verzekeringen. De politiezones Rupel, BoDuKaP, Hekla en Minos maakten deel uit van dezelfde overheidsopdracht waaraan ook andere zones deelnamen. Politiezone Voorkempen nam deel aan een andere overheidsopdracht. Voor elk van de deelnemende entiteiten lopen de huidige contracten af op 31/12/2025 en dienen deze hernieuwd te worden. Het betreft de verzekeringen voor arbeidsongevallen, aansprakelijkheid, patrimonium en voertuigen. Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten in de zin van artikel 2, 21° van de wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. CPV-classificatie: 66510000 Toelichting: waarborgen voornamelijk onder wet ’67 voor werklieden, bedienden, operationeel politiepersoneel, onbezoldigde medewerkers, vrijwilligers en anderen. Waar van toepassing wordt waarborg voorzien onder wet ’71.; Toelichting: betreft burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid incl. rechtsbijstand en bijstand art 52 WPA, objectieve aansprakelijkheid, burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid en ongevallenverzekering en eventuele andere.; Toelichting: alle brandpolissen politiekantoren op diverse locaties en alle risico’s elektronica (diverse categorieën), alle risico’s zaakschade en hondenverzekering.; Toelichting: betreft wagenpark/vloot uitgebreid met eventuele fietsverzekeringen en omnium dienstopdrachten.
