Verlening van adviesdiensten ter ondersteuning van Elia bij de identificatie, optimalisatie en het beheer van fiscale stimuli, belastingvrijstellingen en publieke financieringsmogelijkheden op Belgisch en Europees niveau, met inbegrip van implementatieondersteuning, compliancebeheer en bijstand tijdens controles, audits en rapporteringsverplichtingen. Deze lot omvat adviesdiensten gericht op het maximaliseren van de fiscale voordelen die voor Elia beschikbaar zijn binnen de Belgische fiscale stimuleringsregelingen voor innovatie, waaronder de Innovatie-inkomstenaftrek (Innovation Income Deduction - IID), de Investeringsaftrek (Investment Deduction - EID) en de Gedeeltelijke Vrijstelling van Doorstorting van Bedrijfsvoorheffing voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek en Ontwikkeling (WHT R&D). De opdracht omvat de identificatie en onderbouwing van in aanmerking komende activiteiten, investeringen en intellectuele eigendomsrechten op het gebied van onderzoek, ontwikkeling en innovatie, evenals ondersteuning bij de implementatie, het beheer en de verdediging van de toepasselijke fiscale regimes. Het doel is ervoor te zorgen dat Elia optimaal gebruikmaakt van de beschikbare innovatiegerelateerde fiscale stimulansen, met volledige naleving van alle toepasselijke wettelijke, fiscale en administratieve vereisten.; Dit perceel omvat adviesdiensten gericht op het optimaliseren van de toepassing van de Belgische vrijstelling van doorstorting van bedrijfsvoorheffing voor ploegenarbeid die wordt verricht in het kader van vastgoedactiviteiten op locatie. De opdracht omvat de identificatie en onderbouwing van in aanmerking komende activiteiten, werknemers en werven, ondersteuning bij de implementatie van de vrijstellingsregeling en bijstand tijdens controles of audits door de bevoegde autoriteiten. Het doel is om het financiële voordeel dat Elia uit deze regeling kan halen te maximaliseren, met volledige naleving van alle toepasselijke wettelijke, fiscale en administratieve vereisten.; Dit perceel omvat adviesdiensten gericht op het maximaliseren van Elia’s toegang tot regionale, nationale en Europese financieringsmogelijkheden ter ondersteuning van haar innovatieagenda, infrastructuurinvesteringen en strategische prioriteiten. De opdracht omvat de identificatie, evaluatie, verwerving en het beheer van subsidiemogelijkheden, evenals ondersteuning gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van de financiering.
