Description
Wij nodigen u uit tot het indienen van een offerte voor de levering van het geneesmiddel Aflibercept (ATC S01LA05). Aflibercept (ATC S01LA05) voor intraoculaire toediening in een voorgevulde spuit voor eenmalige toediening in een concentratie van 40mg/ml. Elke spuit is voldoende gevuld om bij toediening een dosis van 0.05ml = 2mg aflibercept toe te dienen. Min vereisten: TB onder categorie FB en minimaal volgende paragrafen: 6590000; 6970000; 7530000; 8080000 en 8120000. Het betreft een raamovereenkomst voor de gespecificeerde levering binnen de afgesproken termijn en onder de voorwaarden zoals opgenomen in het bestek. Deze procedure verloopt volgens de geldende wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten.
