De Aanbestedende Entiteit wenst dat de Opdrachtnemer elektrische energie zal aankopen en/of verkopen voor de Aanbestedende Entiteit en desgewenst afnemen en/of leveren op de aansluitpunten waarvoor de Aanbestedende Entiteit de evenwichtsverantwoordelijkheid aan de Opdrachtnemer verstrekt.
