Ontwerp voor het gehele park met parking, opmaak gedetailleerde raming, opmaak aanvraag omgevingsvergunning, aanleveren van alle gegevens die nodig zijn voor opmaak en vervollediging dossier VIPA, uitvoering en implementatie van technische studies (stabiliteit en technieken, EPB), opmaak opmetingsplan met nodige opmetingen, sloopopvolgingsplan en standaard technisch verslag, en veiligheidscoördinatie maken deel uit van de opdracht en zijn inbegrepen in het ereloon.
