Description

Met deze opdracht wil de opdrachtgever het Researchpark Zellik (RPZ) herontwikkelen tot een duurzame, CO2-neutrale onderzoeks- en innovatiecluster voor kennisintensieve bedrijven. Daarbij wordt ingezet op structurele samenwerking tussen kennisinstellingen, onderzoekscentra en ondernemingen, zowel Vlaams als internationaal. De site moet evolueren tot een aantrekkingspool voor onderzoeksgroepen, spin-offs, startups en bedrijven die samenwerken aan een duurzame maatschappij. De opdracht omvat de opmaak van (1) een socioeconomische studie, (2) een studie van het raamwerk voor de ontwikkeling, (3) een ruimtelijk masterplan (incl. Implementatietraject), (4) een studie van het governance-model en (5) de procesbegeleiding en het participatietraject.
