Het betreft een opdracht van diensten met als voorwerp: 1. Architectuuropdracht sloop + nieuwbouw Het voorwerp van de opdracht vormt een volledige architectuuropdracht met inbegrip van alle studies inzake stabiliteit en technieken voor de sloop van 44 bestaande eengezinswoningen in de Folke Bernadottelaan en 3 eengezinswoningen in de Robert Schumanlaan, en de realisatie van ten minste 110 woonentiteiten in verschillende volumes, een ondergrondse parkeergarage en collectieve binnengebieden, binnen het stedenbouwkundig kader. De gebouwen worden gedeeltelijk opgericht op het terrein van Woonhaven Antwerpen in de wijk Kleine Heide en gedeeltelijk op terrein van de stad Antwerpen in het kader van een grondruil. 2. Infrastructuuropdracht Gekoppeld aan bovenstaande architectuuropdracht zal ook infrastructuur aangelegd worden. Het voorwerp van deze opdracht vormt de volledige infrastructuuropdracht voor de aanleg van twee vernieuwde straten (Folke Bernadottelaan en Robert Schumanlaan), een doorsteek (van de Aartselaarstraat naar de Nieuwe Folke Bernadottelaan) en twee parkeerpockets (aan de Draaiboomstraat en aan de Aartselaarstaat) grenzend aan de nieuwe gebouwen. De infrastructuur wordt gedeeltelijk opgericht op het terrein van Woonhaven Antwerpen in de wijk Kleine Heide en gedeeltelijk op terrein van de stad Antwerpen in het kader van een grondruil. Deze twee opdrachten vormen 1 ondeelbaar geheel en dienen samen uitgevoerd te worden. De volledige uiteenzetting van de opdracht wordt beschreven in de projectnota bestaande uit een draftversie van deel 2 - contractuele bepalingen en deel 3 - technische bepalingen van dit bestek.
