Ariadne plans a phased new-build for the Psychiatric Care Home (PVT) Nieuwemeers on its campus in Lede, Belgium. The project follows the updated masterplan and the 2025-2030 care strategy plan, responding to current and future challenges in mental health care, including the shift towards community-based care and increasing complexity of residential care. The existing home, opened in 1998, no longer meets contemporary care visions, so demolition and construction must happen in phases. The buyer is appointing a multidisciplinary design team.
