Description

Het doel van deze opdracht is de uitvoering van een instandhoudingsbeheer van het heidelandschap via schapenbegrazing op het Militair domein: Het Klein Schietveld. Dit gebied beschikt over gevarieerde heidelandschappen met open zand, droge en natte heide, vennen en bossen. Het betreft hier ecologisch zeer waardevolle habitats die veelal Europees beschermd zijn met een bijzondere fauna en flora. Meer info zie bestek en bijlagen. Het doel van deze opdracht is de uitvoering van een instandhoudingsbeheer van het heidelandschap via schapenbegrazing op het Militair domein: Het Klein Schietveld. Dit gebied beschikt over gevarieerde heidelandschappen met open zand, droge en natte heide, vennen en bossen. Het betreft hier ecologisch zeer waardevolle habitats die veelal Europees beschermd zijn met een bijzondere fauna en flora. Het doel van de begrazing is het instandhouden van het heidelandschap: - begrazing van oa pijpenstrootje (Molinia caerulea) voor het tegengaan en terugdringen van vergrassing; - begrazing van struikhei (Calluna vulgaris) voor het behoud en/of ontwikkelen van structuurrijke heide. - begrazing van struik- en boomopslag om verbossing tegen te gaan (betreft hier vooral berk en den); De opdracht heeft een looptijd van 1 jaar met de mogelijkheid deze maximaal 4 keer te verlengen met 1 jaar. De inschrijver moet de nodige UEA bij zijn offerte voegen. Meer info zie bestek en bijlagen.
