Description

Het betreft een overheidsopdracht voor aanneming van diensten met als voorwerp de ruimtelijke en architecturale studie voor een nieuwbouw gelegen langs het Walter Luytenplein en de Gasbakstraat, perceel 67, 68 en 69. Naast de architecturale opdracht worden volgende prestaties geleverd: studie speciale technieken ( m.i.v. energie-audit, brandbeveiliging, studie akoestiek,....), stabiliteitsstudie, studie aangaande de energieprestatie en het binnenklimaat van gebouwen (EPC), veiligheid- en gezondheidscoördinatie, ventilatieverslaggeving. Het ontwerpteam staat in voor: 1. De opmaak van het volledige ontwerp (schets, voorontwerp, definitief ontwerp) 2. De opmaak van een aanbestedingsklaar dossier (plannen, meetstaat,……..) 3. Coördinatie van de aanbestedingsprocedure voor de werken: publicatie, aanbesteding en opmaak van het gunningsverslag 4. Het verwerven van de bouwvergunning en andere eventueel noodzakelijke vergunningen 5. Opvolging en coördinatie van de uitvoeringsfase 6. Voorlopige en definitieve oplevering, opvolging van de garantieperiode. Een omstandige omschrijving van de taken van het ontwerpteam is terug te vinden in het typecontract van ereloonovereenkomst in bijlage aan voorliggend bestek. Kandidaten dienen referentiedossiers in die gelinkt worden aan deze opdracht.
