The City of Leuven, Belgium, is procuring services under a framework agreement for debt recovery, also open to entities that may call upon it, including OCMW Leuven and Kinderopvang Leuven. The contractor will be responsible for recovering overdue fiscal and non-fiscal claims, such as municipal tax assessments, municipal administrative sanctions, and related costs and interest, as well as various non-fiscal claims including invoices, salary recovery, and compensation payments. The engagement also includes the services of a bailiff and the performance of various ad hoc assignments on request of the contracting authority.
