De gemeente Tervuren organiseert regelmatig uitstappen en activiteiten waarbij bussen ingezet dienen te worden om de deelnemers naar de plaats van bestemming en eventueel terug te brengen. Het betreft verschillende soorten vervoersopdrachten die variëren in afstand, tijdsduur en capaciteit. Percelen 1 van de opdracht busvervoer behelst het ongeregeld busvervoer voor de scholen en afdeling vrije tijd. Percelen 2 van deze opdracht behelst het tweewekelijks zwemmen van de (basis)scholen op het grondgebied van Tervuren. De aanbestedende overheid plaatst afroepen naargelang haar behoeften.
