Description

De flushing truck is een essentieel voertuig voor de exploitatie en het onderhoud van de fuel farm te Brussels Airport Company. Het wordt gebruikt voor specifieke onderhoudsactiviteiten die noodzakelijk zijn voor de conforme en veilige werking van zowel de fuel farm als het hydrantennetwerk, waaronder: • Het verwijderen van water en sedimenten dewelke zich verzamelen op de lage punten van het hydrantennetwerk; • Het ontluchten van de hoge punten van het hydrantennetwerk (om opgesloten luchtbellen vrij te laten); • Het spoelen en controleren van hydrantputafsluiters; • Het verpompen en laden van jet A1 brandstof uit delen van het hydrantennetwerk en uit recuperatie- of testtanks. Er wordt een leveringscontract afgesloten dewelke een duurtijd kent zijnde de levertermijn en een 2 jaar durende waarborgtermijn dewelke start van zodra er een geaccepteerde site acceptance test heeft plaatsgevonden. Hieraan gelinkt wordt er ook een onderhoudscontract afgesloten dewelke start van zodra de waarborgtermijn eindigt en een duurtijd kent van 13 jaren.
