Description

Meerjarige overeenkomst van werken betreffende de bouw van hangars binnen de diverse kwartieren van Defensie, overeenkomstig de voorwaarden van dit bestek. In het kader van het ontwerpen en bouwen van hangars ten voordele van Defensie wordt de opdrachtnemer belast met de volledige opdracht, dit impliceert zowel het ontwerp als de bouw. Hij staat ook in voor de verschillende bijhorende taken als de veiligheids- en gezondheidscoördinatie, het building information model (BIM) samenwerkingsproces en BIM modellering, de kwaliteitscontrole van alle opgestelde documenten, zowel in de studiefase als in de fase uitvoering. Gelet op de complexiteit van de opdracht en om alle onduidelijkheden betreffende het bestek te vermijden, organiseert de aanbestedende overheid tussen de publicatie van de aankondiging van de opdracht en de opening van de offertes een voorafgaande informatievergadering op: 27 mei 2026 om 14:00 uur en 25 juni 2026 om 10:30 uur. De aanwezigheid aan één van de informatievergaderingen is verplicht. De offerte van de inschrijver die niet aan één van de informatievergaderingen heeft deelgenomen, zal als onregelmatig worden beschouwd. Zie Paragraaf 6. j. van het bestek.
