Deze opdracht is een overheidsopdracht van werken die als voorwerp heeft “Het inrichten van een casco handelsruimte tot CM kantoor en landschapsbureel te Sint-Niklaas”. Algemene beschrijving der werken: Alle werken, inclusief pleisterwerken, vloerwerken, stijlwanden, plafonds en vast meubilair ter realisatie van de totale inrichting en afwerking. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht ook aanpassingswerken aan de ruwbouw, zoals het plaatsen van nieuwe raam- en deurgehelen in binnen- en/of buitenmuren, en de uitvoering van technieken (elektriciteit en HVAC).
