Description

Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor werken in de zin van art. 2, 18° van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten. Deze opdracht behelst de volgende prestaties: - Optimaliseren van het referentieontwerp uitgewerkt door Atelier Kempe Thill (AKT) op gebied van architectuur (design) en technieken (Engineering). De aanbestedende overheid zal het bestaande uitvoeringsdossier ter beschikking stellen, samen met een prestatie outputbestek; - - - Indienen van een nieuwe omgevingsvergunningsaanvraag; Hervatting van de bouwwerken en volledig afwerken (Build) van de nieuwbouw van de Hogere Zeevaartschool; Projectcoördinatie van de opdracht; - Het onderhouden van de technische installaties van het project (HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit, lift,…) gedurende de garantieperiode van 2 jaar vanaf de voorlopige oplevering; Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor werken in de zin van art. 2, 18° van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten.
