Deze opdracht bestaat uit twee percelen: Perceel 1: uitvoeren van onderhoudswerken aan projectgronden/braakliggende percelen LeefGoed is eigenaar van braakliggende gronden gelegen in de 11 gemeentes van het werkingsgebied. Het gaat over voornamelijk over bossen en weilanden en af en toe een bebouwd perceel. Deze percelen hebben onderhoud nodig. We willen voor de meeste terreinen twee keer per jaar een onderhoudsbeurt. Perceel 2: uitvoeren van tuinwerken bij sociale huurwoningen LeefGoed is eigenaar van meer dan 5 000 sociale huurwoningen waarvan ongeveer de helft met private tuin. In deze tuinen moeten herstellingswerken gebeuren die ten laste zijn van de eigenaar bijvoorbeeld vervangen draadafsluiting en poortjes, heraanleg opritten of tuinpaadjes die verzakt zijn, … Op regelmatige basis komen er woningen leeg wegens opzeg huur door huurder. In bepaalde woningen moet de tuin heraangelegd/gefatsoeneerd worden. De afgelopen twee jaar zijn er voor een 140 tal adressen werkbonnen uitgestuurd voor dergelijke werken. Je mag voor 1 of 2 percelen inschrijven. LeefGoed kan de percelen apart toewijzen. De opdracht is een opdracht voor 2 jaar die stilzwijgend kan verlengd worden met nog eens twee jaar. (de opdracht duurt in zijn totaliteit max 4 jaar) ALLE AANVULLENDE INFORMATIE OVER DEZE OVERHEIDSOPDRACHT KAN WORDEN VERKREGEN VIA HET FORUM DAT GEKOPPELD IS AAN HET DOSSIER OP E-PROCUREMENT.
