Toelichting: Voorliggende concessie van openbare dienst inzake het parkeerbeheer en de parkeerautomaten op het grondgebied van de stad Oudenaarde heeft betrekking op de toekenning van een concessie met als doel (op eigen risico van de concessiehouder) het beheer en de exploitatie van de openbare betalende parkeerinfrastructuur, de parkeerinfrastructuur met de ‘blauwe zone’-reglementering, het bewonersparkeren, het parkeren op Shop & Go plaatsen, en het 15-minuten parkeren, met daaraan verbonden de inning van tarieven of retributies en de gemeentelijke parkeerkaarten conform de voorwaarden van de concessieovereenkomst, op het grondgebied van de stad Oudenaarde te beheren en te exploiteren.
