Description

In het kader van de beleidsdoelstelling voor een stedelijke vastgoedstrategie wenst AG Vespa meerdere Strategische Vastgoedplannen (SVP) op te maken tijdens deze legislatuur. Het Strategisch Vastgoedplan is voor AG Vespa een werkinstrument om aan de hand van een gefundeerde onderbouwing richting te geven aan keuzes over de toekomst van de stedelijke vastgoedportefeuille. Het biedt een gestructureerd overzicht van de huidige situatie en toekomstige mogelijkheden, waardoor gefundeerde beslissingen over investeringen en ontwikkelingsstrategieën mogelijk worden. Deze plannen omvatten een analyse van de risico’s en de potentiëlen van het vastgoed alsook een inzicht in het huidige gebruik van de gebouwen, inclusief gebruikerstypes, bezettingsgraad en potentieel voor breder gebruik. Het uiteindelijke doel is om strategische keuzes en prioriteiten te formuleren die inspelen op zowel huidige als toekomstige behoeften. Er worden twee hoofdtypen plannen onderscheiden: thematische en gebiedsgebonden SVP’s.
