Description

AZ Delta wenst zijn Paramedisch Interventie Team (PIT) uit te besteden. De scope van de opdracht bevat in eerste instantie de PIT voor campus Menen. Mogelijks komen er in de toekomst ook de PIT voor campus Rumbeke en Torhout bij. De aankoopopdracht wordt opgesplitst in 2 percelen, zijnde Perceel 1 = huur PIT-voertuig excl. personeel Perceel 2 = Outsourcing PIT: huur PIT-voertuig + HV-ambulanciers Er zal slechts 1 perceel gegund worden afhankelijk van de TCO kost waarbij perceel 2 wordt afgestemd t.o.v. perceel 1 + de kost eigen aan de opdrachtgever indien deze zelf de HV-ambulanciers voorziet. De huurformule bevat een all-in prijs voor een PIT-voertuig op maandbasis. Zaken zoals verzekering, inschrijving, onderhoud, vervangwagen, enz. zijn steeds inbegrepen. Zie ook verdere details hieromtrent in het lastenboek onder hoofdstuk "Technische bepalingen".; De huurformule bevat een all-in prijs voor een PIT-voertuig op maandbasis. Zaken zoals verzekering, inschrijving, onderhoud, vervangwagen, enz. zijn steeds inbegrepen. Zie ook verdere details hieromtrent in het lastenboek onder hoofdstuk "Technische bepalingen". De opdrachtnemer zal tevens iedere dag voorzien in 1 HV-ambulancier per PIT-voertuig voor de nachtshift (19u -7u). Specifieke taken en verwachtingen worden eveneens verder toegelicht in het hoofdstuk "Technische bepalingen".
