Description

De onderhavige opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst van werken. Deze opdracht betreft: Vervangen van de rijdraden van de bovenleiding in regio Noord. De hoeveelheden die in de opmeting worden vermeld zijn de beoogde hoeveelheden voor de gehele duur van de opdracht: initiële periode en alle eventuele verlengingen. Infrabel verbindt er zich niet toe om de in de opmeting vermelde prestaties en hoeveelheden te bestellen. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst zal altijd het totaalbedrag van de 1e gerangschikte offerte bij de gunning zijn. Onder voorbehoud van de toepassing van de herzieningsclausules waarin het bestek voorziet, zal de raamovereenkomst eindigen zodra de geplaatste deelopdrachten het genoemde totaalbedrag hebben be-reikt.
