Resurfacing renewal Niesen Bridge (Object No. 10412)

The contract covers bridge resurfacing works on the Niesen Bridge in Spiez, on the Krattigstrasse. During resurfacing works carried out on the Krattigstrasse in autumn 2025, deficiencies were found in the bridge waterproofing and in the expansion joint of the Niesen Bridge. Deeper investigations and exploratory examinations were carried out in spring 2026 in cooperation with the company named in the notice. A change of provider is not possible for economic and technical reasons, as it would cause considerable difficulties or additional work and would entail substantial extra costs. The works therefore continue with the existing provider.
