Pool refurbishment Rodleben leisure pool - site set-up, construction works and path construction

The city of Dessau-Roßlau, through its central procurement office, is procuring works at the Rodleben leisure pool on Heidestraße 37 in Dessau-Roßlau. The works include removing 100 square metres of floor tiles and 100 square metres of wall tiles, preparing 360 square metres of floor area and 90 square metres of wall surfaces with subfloor levelling, and laying 100 square metres of paving. The contract is awarded under VOB/A as a restricted tender without a participation competition. The works must be completed by 22 December 2026 and start no later than 5 working days after the award letter. This notice is for information only; applications are not possible.
