Якість товару, що пропонується, має бути підтверджена паспортами/сертифікатами якості/відповідності, висновками санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи тощо. Залишковий термін придатності товару на момент поставки повинен складати не менше 80% загального терміну придатності, що визначений виробником. Транспортування, навантаження/розвантаження та інші витрати, в т. ч. по відправці документів - за рахунок постачальника. Умови оплати - післяоплата протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів після отримання товару на підставі рахунку та видаткових накладних. Вимоги до оформлення документів: в специфікації до договору, рахунку та видаткових накладних найменування товару та одиниці виміру мають чітко відповідати технічній специфікації, що подається учасником у складі пропозиції!!!
