Teilinstandsetzung Parkhaus Hardau II, Generalplanungsleistungen (unter Vorbehalt der Kreditgenehmigung)   Das Parkhaus Hardau II wurde im Rahmen der Gesamtüberbauung in den Jahren 1976-79 erstellt. Untersuchungen haben ergeben, dass sich die Parkgeschossdecken in einem schadhaften Zustand befinden; es sind Feuchtigkeitsdurchdringungen und Bewehrungskorrosion festzustellen. Zudem sind die Parkdeckbeläge mit beinahe 50 Jahren Nutzungszeit am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer angelangt. Stellenweise muss die Gebäudetechnik angepasst oder ergänzt werden. Mit den Instandsetzungsarbeiten soll eine interventionsfreie Zeit von mindestens 25 Jahren geschaffen werden.   Beschaffung von Generalplanungsleistungen (BKP 298.1) mit folgenden vorgeschriebenen Teammitgliedern / Fachbereichen: - BKP 291 Architektur / Baumanagement - BKP 292 Bauingenieurwesen - BKP 293 Elektroingenieurwesen - BKP 294 HLKK-Ingenieurwesen - BKP 295 Sanitäringenieurwesen   Details gemäss Planerwahl-Programm
