Le présent marché concerne les travaux de plâtrerie avec la construction de nouvelles cloisons en placo-plâtre ainsi que des doublages. Des faux-plafonds EI60 à créer à tous les étages, yc dans la cage d’escalier sous le solivage en bois. Une restauration des murs existant avec l’arrachage des papier peint, un lessivage de la cage d’escalier pour une nouvelle mise en peinture. Les travaux de peinture consistent à peindre les boiseries existante, portes de communications, armoires, encadrements de fenêtres, contre-coeur de fenêtre, cadre de porte, porte palière, ainsi que les murs existants et les nouveaux murs. Et la cage d’escalier, avec le garde-corps, les plinthes, la paillasse de l’escalier.
