З метою раціонального та економного використання бюджетних коштів при оплаті за електроенергію, а також для забезпечення безперебійного освітнього процесу та підтримки життєдіяльності критично важливих систем ліцею (зокрема, обладнання комп'ютерних класів, системи оповіщення та освітлення в облаштованому укритті в умовах можливих обмежень) постала потреба у придбанні акумуляторних батарей, як систем накопичення енергії, сонячних електростанцій (СЕС) та систем резервного живлення. Закупівля здійнюється згідно абз.3 п.15 Особливостей (у замовника виникла додаткова потреба). Закупівля здійснюється за рахунок додатково виділених коштів Рішення сімдесят дев’ятої сесії VІІІ скликання від 20 серпня 2026 року за № 6-79/2026 «Про внесення змін до селищного бюджету Чемеровецької селищної територіальної громади на 2026 рік " згідно листа Чемеровецького ліцею №1 Чемеровецької селищної ради. Товар, який пропонується до постачання, не повинен походити з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь, Ісламської Республіки Іран або інших країн, до яких застосовано міжнародні чи національні санкції відповідно до законодавства України, рішень РНБО, а також санкцій ЄС та США. Учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
