Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Умови оплати та доставки викладені в розділі 4 та 5 проєкту договору. 1. Баклажани свіжі повинні відповідати ДСТУ 2660-94. Плоди свіжі, чисті, цілі, здорові, нев’ялі, типової для ботанічного сорту подовженої форми і забарвлення, довжиною не менше 10 см, технічного ступеня стиглості, з плодоніжкою. М'якуш плода пружний, без пустот, насінневе гніздо з недорозвиненим білим насінням, забарвлення м'якуша - зеленувате, зеленувате на краях, біле. 2. Баклажани свіжі повинні бути розфасовані в дерев’яні, картонні ящики (коробки) або ящики з полімерних матеріалів. Вага нетто баклажанів свіжих в дерев’яних, картонних ящиках (коробках) або ящиках з полімерних матеріалів повинна бути не більше 10 кг. У кожній пакувальній одиниці повинні бути баклажани одного ботанічного і товарного сорту. Всі пакувальні матеріали (тара) повинні бути дозволені до використання центральним органом виконавчої влади у сфері охорони здоров’я України, забезпечувати збереження продукції під час транспортування і зберігання. 3. Транспортне маркування наноситься на етикетки (ярлики), що вкладаються або наклеюються в (на) ящик (коробку) із зазначенням на них інформації визначеної ДСТУ 2660-94. Маркування має бути виконане державною мовою згідно із законодавством України та може містити додаткову інформацію, визначену виробником. 4. Термін зберігання баклажанів свіжих повинен становити не менше 14 діб з дня їх поставки на склад замовника (за умов дотримання температурного режиму зберігання).
