Description

Поставка Товару здійснюється однією партією протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня підписання цього Договору з попереднім узгодженням дати поставки шляхом письмового або електронного повідомлення. Датою поставки Товару вважається дата підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної та/або акта приймання-передачі Товару. Доставка здійснюється силами та коштом Постачальника з розвантаженням Товару безпосередньо у приміщенні Замовника за адресою, зазначеною в п. 5.1 проєкту Договору. Детальний порядок поставки, якісні характеристики та вимоги до пакування визначені у Розділі 5 проєкту Договору. Витрати на траспортування та транспортні послуги з доставки Товару включені до ціни Товару відповідно до п. 3.4 проєкту Договору.
