Die Sanierung des Verwaltungs- und Forschungsgebäudes AD des Campus Agroscope in Posieux stellt einen wichtigen Schritt in der Weiterentwicklung des Standorts dar. Das Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1970, in dem rund 240 Arbeitsplätze untergebracht werden, wird umfassend saniert und an die geltenden Normen und heutigen Anforderungen angepasst. Der vorliegende Auftrag umfasst die Sanierung der primären und sekundären Heizungsanlagen, die Anpassung der Verteilnetze, den Ausbau und Wiedereinbau der bestehenden Heizkörper, die weiterverwendet werden. Zudem werden neue Heizkörper installiert. Ebenfalls Bestandteil des Auftrags ist der hydraulische Anschluss der Heizregister an die neuen Lüftungsanlagen.   Ein Teil der Arbeiten betrifft die Heizungsanlagen für den Forschungsprozess im Bereich Mikroalgen. Hierfür wird ein separates sekundäres Verteilnetz erstellt und an die entsprechenden Anlagen und Geräte angeschlossen. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Inbetriebnahme, die Einregulierung, die Wärmedämmung der Leitungen und Anlagen, die erforderlichen Kontrollen und Prüfungen, die technische Dokumentation sowie die Schulung des Betriebspersonals. Die Arbeiten sind gemäss den geltenden Normen und Vorschriften sowie unter Einhaltung der ecobau-/KBOB-Kriterien auszuführen.
