Die Parzelle 3396 befindet sich neben der Autobahn A1 bei der Ausfahrt Nr. 86 St. Margrethen. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst einerseits die Holzbauarbeiten für die Tragwerke der beiden Gebäude A und B sowie das Tragwerk des Atriums und andererseits die Fassadenkonstruktionen der Gebäude A, B und C. Die Aufrichtung der Tragwerke erfolgt voraussichtlich ab Juni 2027. Die Montage der Fassadenkonstruktionen erfolgt voraussichtlich im Jahr 2028. Ingenieur-Holzbau in Skelettbauweise Die Tragwerke der Gebäude A und B sind als Ingenieur-Holzbau in Skelettbauweise konzipiert. Die Stützen bestehen aus Brettschichtholz, die Decken sind als Hohlkastenelemente geplant. Die Stabilisierung erfolgt über Fachwerkkonstruktionen in Holz in den Fassadenebenen. Sämtliche Anschlüsse an Betonkonstruktionen erfolgen mit Schweissplatten, die Verbindung der Holzbauelemente erfolgt mit eingeschlitzten Blechen. Holz-Rahmenkonstruktion Das Atrium ist als selbsttragendes biegesteifes Rahmentragwerk aus Brettschichtholz-Stützen und -Trägern geplant. Die biegesteifen Rahmenknoten werden teils im Werk und auch vor Ort zusammengebaut. Angedacht sind biegesteife Knoten mit eingeklebten Gewindestangen. Die Deckenelemente des Atriums aus Brettsperrholz werden einerseits am Rahmentragwerk und andererseits mit Stahlwinkeln an den Fassaden der umliegenden Gebäude horizontal verschieblich aufgelegt. In den drei Tragwerken werden insgesamt rund 700 m³ Brettschichtholz für Stützen und Träger, 6'000 m² Deckenflächen mit Hohlkastenelementen, 800 m² Deckenflächen mit Brettsperrholz, 7'000 m² OSB Beplankungen und 17 t Stahlelemente verbaut. Fassadenkonstruktion Bei Gebäude A und B werden nicht tragende Wand- und Brüstungselemente an den Holz-Skelettbau befestigt. Die äussere Beplankung besteht aus einer hinterlüfteten, formschlüssigen Holzfassade, welche mit Brettschichtholz-Lisenen unterteilt wird. Gebäude C erhält mehrheitlich eine offene Fassade mit durchlaufenden Vollholzquerschnitten, welche auf einer Stahl-Unterkonstruktion befestigt werden. Auch hier werden Brettschichtholz-Lisenen in der Fassade verbaut. Gebäude A, B, und C haben jeweils ein Klebedach mit auskragenden Stahlträgern und einer Balkenlage als Sekundärtragwerk. In der Fassade werden rund 1’800 m² Fassadenschalung, 220 m³ Brettschichtholz und 60 m³ Vollholz für Fassadenlisenen und 30 t Stahlelemente verbaut.
