Assessing the performance of existing model assets, updating them using new hydrological data, converting legacy models, and delivering improved forecasting tools to underpin SEPA’s 24/7 flood warning service. The contract will deliver a refreshed asset base, performance evaluation, and prioritisation guidance for future improvements.
