You have expert-level ability in making processes work effectively, finding and challenging increasingly complex or unnecessarily complicated organizational processes, adding value, and coaching the organization in inspecting and adapting processes, as well as guiding teams through the implementation of new processes.5. You have practitioner-level ability in planning, understanding the environment and prioritizing tasks, using data, managing dependencies, supplying delivery confidence, addressing blockers, and ensuring ability planning for teams.
