Award of Evaluation Services for Scottish Government International Development Women and Girls Fund

The Scottish Government, on behalf of Scottish Ministers, has awarded a contract for the design and delivery of the first evaluation of the International Development Women and Girls Fund. The evaluation will examine the participatory approach and participatory funding model used by the Fund and collect baseline data to explore its impact on achieving intended outcomes. The contract was awarded to Voluntas ApS for EUR 98,915.33, with the award date recorded as 4 January 2026. The buyer is the Scottish Government.
